Bring technical sheets, operating requirements, service details and relevant case studies.
Set a clear objective: sales enquiries, distributor search, project discussions or a technology launch.

Show a real application and bring the operating figures behind it: capacity, footprint, utilities, consumables, cleaning, service intervals and the person responsible for local support.
A good product display answers practical questions quickly: what the equipment does, who uses it, what capacity it supports and what is required to run it. A static display can work well when full operation is not feasible on site.
Bring labelled samples, application photographs, data sheets and a short explanation of the typical buying process. For live demonstrations, discuss size, noise, power, water, drainage and safety with the organiser before making shipping plans.
A company name and product category rarely tell a visitor enough to request a meeting.
State the product, intended facility, supported species or product type, and operating range.
Include dimensions, utilities, cleaning, staffing, installation and maintenance needs where relevant.
Bring a technical sheet, case example or demonstration plan and name a contact for follow-up.
Send your product category, use case and display requirements.
