Before requesting a corner or central aisle, confirm load-in route, floor loading, height and power. The most visible position is only useful if your display can be installed and operated there.

A floor plan helps you assess visitor flow, access points, neighbouring sectors and the practical route for bringing equipment into the exhibition. Position and size should be evaluated together with the type of stand you need.
Because availability can change, request the latest organiser plan and identify more than one acceptable location. A preferred position in an enquiry is not held until the organiser confirms availability and booking terms.
